How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
What are your shipping fees?
We offer free shipping for orders over $59.99. For orders under $59.99, a $12.99 shipping fee applies.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide except to restricted locations, including North Korea, Iran, Syria, the Crimea Region, and Sudan.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery time is typically 7–15 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order on our website.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in their original condition with tags and packaging. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Yes. Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be changed.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
